These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AR Magic website, Magic Cards, AR experiences, and all related products/services.

By accessing or using AR Magic, you agree to these terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AR Magic website, mobile applications, Magic Cards (NFC/QR-enabled physical cards), digital profiles, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Skill Bud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("AR Magic," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a Magic Card, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  2. Description of Service

    AR Magic provides NFC/QR-enabled physical business cards ("Magic Cards") linked to an online digital profile, enabling users to share contact information, professional details, and related content with others via tap, scan, or shared link. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers as described on our pricing page, and may in the future include additional features such as augmented reality (AR) content, analytics, and enterprise tools.

  3. Eligibility and Account Registration

    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
    • All activity that occurs under your account

    You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  4. Subscription Plans and Billing

    AR Magic offers the following plans, as further described on our pricing page:

    • Basic — free digital profile with core sharing features
    • Standard — paid monthly/annual subscription with enhanced profile and analytics features
    • Premium — paid monthly/annual subscription with full feature access

    By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

    We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.

  5. Magic Card Hardware Orders

    Physical Magic Cards (PVC and metal variants) are sold separately from, or bundled with, digital subscription plans. Orders are subject to:

    • Availability of stock
    • Accurate shipping information provided by you
    • Delivery timelines communicated at checkout, which are estimates and not guarantees

    Title to the physical card passes to you upon delivery. The digital profile linked to the card remains subject to these Terms for as long as you use the Service.

  6. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel a paid subscription at any time by emailing care@ar-magic.com with your registered account details.

    • Cancellation stops future billing from the next billing cycle onward.
    • Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid for, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
    • Upon cancellation of a paid plan, your account will revert to the free Basic tier (where applicable), and access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period.

  7. Refund Policy

    Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

    • Digital subscriptions: Eligible for a refund only as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (e.g., a limited window after initial purchase for first-time subscribers). No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after that window.
    • Physical Magic Cards: Eligible for replacement or refund only in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, reported within the window specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cards that have been personalized/activated are not eligible for return for reasons of change of mind.

  8. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Upload false, misleading, or impersonating profile information
    • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
    • Transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation or security

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

  9. Intellectual Property

    The AR Magic name, logo, software, website design, and underlying technology are the property of Skill Bud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile (photos, bio, links, etc.), and grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

  10. Third-Party Services

    The Service may integrate with third-party payment processors, analytics providers, or other services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  11. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AR Magic makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (e.g., leads, sales, or networking results) from using the Service.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skill Bud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting care@ar-magic.com.

  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

  15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
